Bridge Program (6th Grade)
Eastside's Bridge Program is designed to ensure a smooth transition from elementary to junior high.
The transitions from elementary to junior high and then to high school can be challenging for many students and families. At Eastside, it is our vision to empower students and families to navigate this delicate and fluctuating time well.
Bridge Program Specifics
Bridge students have two core teachers who they meet with daily who know and oversee their academics and school life as their homeroom teachers.
Rotating Electives
Bridge students have rotating electives to preview wide-ranging electives (fine arts, music, foreign language, and sports) that they may take in junior high and high school. These classes meet 2 or 3 times a week, depending on the subject.
